SERVICE SCOPE

Start-up is an event. Handover is a process.

The goal is a traceable record of what was configured, what was tested and what remains open.

01

Readiness and programme

Inputs, access and supplier cooperation checked before work begins.

02

Parameterisation

Plant settings aligned with approved design documents.

03

Functional verification

Signals, communications, interlocks and operating scenarios tested to scope.

04

Handover

Results, configuration backups and open points recorded and transferred.

WHAT TO PREPARE

Inputs for a useful start.

  • As-built design
  • Approved settings and functional description
  • Manuals and authorised equipment access
  • Programme and responsible contacts

WHAT WE DELIVER

An output you can use.

Functional test records, an overview of settings and handover evidence.

The test scope, responsibilities and required safety measures are agreed before commissioning starts.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Questions we are
often asked.

Do the technology suppliers need to be present?

It depends on access rights and scope. Required cooperation is defined in the commissioning plan.

Will we receive configuration backups?

The agreed formats and configurations are included subject to access rights, licences and equipment capability.

Can commissioning be coordinated with RfG testing?

Yes. Integration, commissioning and RfG testing can share one programme while keeping scopes and outputs distinct.
