02 / READINESS / EVIDENCE / COORDINATION
From trial operation
to a complete permanent-operation file.
We structure the project from the connection conditions and operation for technology and compliance verification through to a complete evidence file for permanent operation. Documentation, protections, communications, tests and the as-built plant remain aligned.
Discuss this serviceSERVICE SCOPE
The system operator decides. The evidence must stay coherent.
The required path depends on the relevant Czech distribution system operator, plant type and rating, voltage level and connection conditions. We therefore build a project-specific compliance matrix before coordinating documents and tests.
Requirements matrix
Connection conditions, PPDS rules and operator instructions converted into responsibilities, evidence and dates.
UPOS readiness
As-built design, inspections, protections, metering, communications and test planning checked before submission or site inspection.
Testing and finding closure
Functional and RfG tests coordinated with revision control and systematic closure of evidence gaps.
UTP evidence file
Current documents, affected changes and outstanding attachments assembled for the permanent-operation application.
WHAT TO PREPARE
Inputs for a useful start.
- Connection agreement and conditions
- Approved design and as-built documents
- Inspection reports and protection, metering and communication records
- Power-generating-module document and correspondence with the system operator
WHAT WE DELIVER
An output you can use.
A UPOS/UTP requirements matrix, controlled document register, gap list, coordinated test plan and submission-ready evidence package.
GridCoda prepares and coordinates technical evidence. We do not issue the trial-operation consent, final operational notification or UTP permission; these remain decisions of the relevant system operator.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Questions we are
often asked.
Are UPOS and UTP the same?
No. UPOS is a time-limited operating stage for technology and compliance verification. UTP is the subsequent permanent-operation process after the required conditions and evidence have been completed.
Does every plant require UPOS?
Not universally. The current operator procedure, module type, rating and connection conditions decide. ČEZ Distribuce, for example, publishes an UPOS-before-UTP process for plants rated at 100 kW and above.
Can you submit the application for us?
The scope can include preparation, review and coordination. Formal representation and signing authority must be explicitly agreed and evidenced.
What if equipment changes during UPOS?
We place the change under document control, identify affected drawings, settings, tests and declarations, and confirm the required re-submission scope with the system operator.
