Data we process

When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, message and any optional project details you provide, such as company, location, power or capacity and project stage. The form does not request or collect a phone number.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer and continue the related communication. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling business communication. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention

We keep the enquiry and related correspondence only as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than 12 months after the last communication unless a subsequent contract or law requires longer retention.

Technical processing

The website and form use Cloudflare services to deliver the site, protect against abuse, enforce request limits and send the email. The message is then processed by the mailbox provider. We do not sell the data or use it for automated decisions or profiling.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and, where applicable, object or request portability. Email hello@gridcoda.com. You may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
