Is energy optimisation the same as spot-price control?

No. Price response is one tool. Optimisation also covers self-consumption, peak shaving, reserves and asset coordination.

Do we need a new battery or EMS?

Not necessarily. We first assess existing metering, interfaces and equipment capability.

Will we receive a savings calculation?

Within the agreed scope, we compare a baseline and clearly stated scenarios. Inputs and assumptions remain visible and reviewable.
